STOCKHOLM - ASSA ABLOY AB, terkemuka key group in the world, said the collaboration with Research in Motion (RIM), to make the door opening solutions on BlackBerry smartphones next generation.
Reported by Yahoo News, Wednesday (11/09/2011), ASSA ABLOY will use a technology called Near Field Communication (NFC). This technology will be included in the BlackBerry smartphone, so that later can be a substitute for common access card.
NFC technology is planned to be there on some phones BlackBerry Bold 9900/9300, and Curve 9350/9360, which will be launched early 2012. RIM seems to move this, can re-attract users who some time ago dissappointed with the BlackBerry service disruption.
Penguna will be able to swipe their phones in front of the card reader door, to gain access to a building. To increase security, the phone can be combined with a PIN.
